PizzaFest and Annual Auction 2012

Your family is invited to enjoy a fun-filled night in support of the museum’s educational programs and exhibits. Play games, get your face painted, sample delicious specialty pizzas from great local restaurants and vote for your favorite after you’ve eaten your fill.

Adults attending the Children’s Museum of NH’s fourth annual PizzaFest on November 16 will have a new beverage option to wash down their slices this year. Smuttynose Brewing Company has signed on as the event’s first-ever beer sponsor and will be bringing its popular Old Brown Dog Ale, Finestkind IPA and Star Island Single varieties to the Children’s Museum fall fundraiser. Please bring an ID with you to purchase beer, and please note that all children under age 18 must be accompanied by an adult this year.
 

The following restaurants will be providing delicious varieties of pizza this year:

Goodfellas Brick Oven Pizzeria, Kendall Pond II, La Festa Brick & Brew Pizzeria, Papa Gino's, Papa Jay’s, Raider Laser Center,  The Spaghetti Stain, Terra Cotta Pasta Co. and Uno Chicago Grill.

We have an excellent judging panel this year as well: Chef and cookbook author James Haller of Blue Strawbery fame, Brenda Gaudet, an editor of Northeast Flavor magazine, Andrew Toland & Deidre Ashe from the Slice of NH pizza blog, host of NH Seacoast TVDavid Flood, and community judge Caroline Carter, Miss Strafford County Outstanding Teen.

You can also get a jump on holiday shopping at our silent auction with great deals on original art and jewelry, restaurant gift certificates, event and attraction tickets, gift merchandise and much more. This event is family friendly but adults on their own are invited too.

The at-the-door ticket price is $12 per adult, $8 per child ages 3-10 and children ages two and under are free.
