Join us for a Halloween event that focuses on fun – not fright! We’ll be celebrating throughout the day with all kinds of special activities, all free with regular museum admission. Kids and adults are encouraged to come in costume to explore our exhibits and participate in a costume parade at 11am. Meet the museum’s very own Wacky Scientist and check out his fantastical experiments, visit our STEAM Lab to create take-home crafts and pose for pictures with fun props in front of the spooky backdrop, get your face painted in the Muse Studio, and more! Participate in our take-home holiday crafts, and try out our pumpkin scavenger hunt to receive an extra special prize at the end of your visit! Please note that we do not hand out any candy or food during this event, but we are participating in the downtown Dover trick-or-treating, with non-candy treats available in the entryway of the museum. (Museum admission is required to enjoy Not-So-Spooky fun inside the museum).
